Does anyone else find that they talk themselves into something and then talk them self out? I'm not sure that even makes sense... but I always seem to do it! Sometimes I'll be stood in the middle of a queue with something I've been walking around with for 20minutes and then I suddenly start questioning myself and end up putting it back...
....In my last post I mentioned how I was trying to persuade myself to buy Estee Lauders, I then seemed to do a U-turn and started persuading myself not to buy it! I decided the colours are very similar to the Urban Decay Naked palette (browns and golds), obviously apart from the bright turquoise. You can see a picture of the palette here if you don't know what I'm talking about :)
I love the make-up in the advertisement for the Bronze Goddess range which was created using their products but I decided to create my own version, on top I used my urban decay naked palette and for the greeny/blue underneath I used my Diorshow waterproof eye-shadow in 342, I'm not too sure if they still make these unfortunately :(!
I love this look! My version is a lot more toned down that the look they use but adding deeper browns and eyeliner would achieve the intense look they created and would make the colour underneath stand out much more. I think it would look gorgeous on holiday! I'd say the colours in the Estee Lauder palette are a lot more shimmery than the Naked palette, I think I've definitely convinced myself I don't need the Estee Lauder palette though (yay to money saving!)
